About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced GCP Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale data architecture, cloud migration, and modern data platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-scale data architecture • Manage cloud migration initiatives • Develop modern data platforms Requirements • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Architecture • Experience with BigQuery, BigLake, Google Cloud Storage (GCS) • Proficiency in Dataflow, Dataproc, Apache Spark, Cloud Composer • Large-scale AWS-to-GCP cloud migrations (PB-scale) • Data Governance and Security: Dataplex, IAM, VPC Service Controls, Encryption • Experience with dbt, Airflow, Terraform / Pulumi • Knowledge of Pub/Sub, Kafka, GKE / Kubernetes • Strong architecture strategy, technical leadership, and stakeholder management • Active Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification What We’re Looking For • 18–20 years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and BI • 6+ years of hands-on GCP experience • Led at least 2 enterprise-scale, petabyte-scale cloud migrations • Proven experience building secure, scalable, self-service data platforms • Strong experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
