About the Role We are looking for a GCP Infrastructure - DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform. Key Responsibilities • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with production IaC • Hands-on Terraform on both Google Cloud and AWS • CI/CD experience • Practical security operations: secrets managers, IAM, private networking, audit logging • Experience deploying contact-center or conversational platforms • Experience in Vertex AI Requirements • Minimum one certification from Google Cloud DevOps Engineer and/or AWS DevOps / SysOps certification • Experience in deploying contact-center or conversational platforms • Experience in Vertex AI
