About the Role We are seeking a self-motivated GenAI Engineer / iOS Developer with a passion for solving complex problems using AI and Generative AI. This role requires equal parts hands-on expertise in iOS Mobile Development and Generative AI to design, prototype, and build innovative solutions for a large, complex healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and fine-tune models and agentic AI systems to enhance data understanding, recommendation systems, and current application capabilities. • Develop mobile prototypes, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), with a focus on scaling applications to iOS. • Collaborate with diverse teams across a large organization to incorporate AI/GenAI features into mobile products. • Perform code reviews and utilize AI coding agents to improve software quality, velocity, and design standards. • Implement design patterns (MVC, MVVM) and leverage RESTful APIs for seamless backend integration. • Ensure iOS applications adhere to iPhone accessibility standards and modern deployment pipelines (Circle CI). Requirements • Proficient in SwiftUI, UIKit, Foundation, and core iOS frameworks. • Experience with architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM) and RESTful API integrations. • Experience building mobile prototypes and scaling apps to enterprise-grade mobile platforms. • Knowledge of iPhone accessibility features and CI/CD tools (e.g., Circle CI). • Strong foundation in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning principles, and Agentic AI. • Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI API, LangChain, and Hugging Face. • Expertise in Python and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). • Familiarity with multi-modal data, AI agent architectures, and coding agent tools. • Familiarity with Google Model Garden, Amazon Bedrock, and Nvidia NIM.
