About the Role We are looking for a .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role involves designing and developing secure, accessible, and user-friendly enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop secure, accessible, and user-friendly enterprise applications using .NET Core, REST APIs, React, and TypeScript • Build intuitive portal experiences for delegated Amazon Connect administration • Develop role-based navigation, guided forms, search, filtering, confirmations, status tracking, and audit-history features • Translate complex technical concepts into simple business workflows with safe administration practices • Implement client-side validation, impact warnings, secure API integrations, and clear success and error messages • Ensure WCAG-aligned accessibility, responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization • Develop and maintain component, integration, end-to-end, accessibility, and regression tests • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct demonstrations, resolve defects, and continuously improve the user experience Requirements • 10+ years of overall software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend architecture • Experience with .NET Core, REST APIs, and full-stack application development • Experience building role-based enterprise applications with complex forms, validation, and workflow integrations • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support • Experience with automated testing, secure session management, API integration, and performance optimization • Strong communication and collaboration skills
