About the Role We are looking for a GraphQL Software Developer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role focuses on designing and implementing GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement GraphQL APIs using Apollo Server • Work with microservices architecture and integrate REST & gRPC services • Design database schemas and work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis • Implement caching strategies and optimize for performance • Ensure API security through RBAC, rate limiting, and query complexity controls • Collaborate with React, web, and mobile teams Requirements • GraphQL API Design & Architecture experience • Strong Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript skills • Experience with Apollo Server or Apollo Federation • Knowledge of microservices architecture • Experience with REST and gRPC integration • Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis • Understanding of DataLoader, caching, and N+1 optimization • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
