About the Role We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter applications • Work with Gosu, PCF configuration, business rules, workflows, and data models • Configure policy administration functionalities, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and underwriting • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and architects to deliver quality solutions • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and support testing and deployment activities Requirements • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter development • Strong knowledge of Gosu programming, PCF, and Guidewire configuration • Experience with Guidewire data models, business rules, and workflows • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and SQL • Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes • Experience with Guidewire Cloud is an advantage • Guidewire Associate, Professional, or ACE certification is preferred
