About the Role We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to support digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience with PolicyCenter configuration and development. Key Responsibilities • Support digital transformation initiatives • Configure and develop solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter • Work with UI workflows, Guidewire architecture, batch processing, plugins, and accelerators • Integrate systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and Message Queues • Collaborate with teams using TeamCity, Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence Requirements • 5+ years of IT/Software Development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration & Development • Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire Studio / IntelliJ • Experience with UI workflows, Guidewire architecture, batch processing, plugins, and accelerators • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and Message Queues • Experience with TeamCity, Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence • Guidewire Associate Certification (Required) • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Experience working in Agile teams and remote environments
