About the Role We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer to join our team. This role focuses on driving development, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality insurance applications. Key Responsibilities • Drive development and design scalable solutions • Mentor teams and provide technical leadership • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality • Implement, configure, and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter • Work with Gosu, PCF Configuration, Rules Engine, and Product Model • Extend data models, create workflows, and configure underwriting rules • Configure rating, batch processes, and integration framework • Develop REST/SOAP APIs and work with XML, JSON, SQL • Utilize Java/J2EE, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance • Experience with Data Model Extensions, Workflows, and Underwriting Rules • Proficiency in Rating Configuration, Batch Processes, and Integration Framework • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and Java/J2EE • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum • Technical Leadership, Code Reviews, and Team Mentoring experience Benefits • Opportunity to work on high-impact insurance applications • Chance to mentor and lead a team of developers • Work in a collaborative and innovative environment
