About the Role We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer to lead development, configuration, customization, and integration activities for enterprise insurance solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Guidewire expertise and experience providing technical leadership to development teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities • Design and implement configuration and integration solutions • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and onsite/offshore teams • Support deployments, releases, and production troubleshooting Requirements • Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Gosu Programming and PCF Configuration • Rules Engine, Product Model, and Data Model Extensions • Underwriting Rules and Rating Configuration • Batch Processes, Workflows, and Integration Framework • REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and XSD • Java/J2EE fundamentals and SQL • Git/Bitbucket/SVN and Jenkins CI/CD • Strong leadership, code review, and troubleshooting skills • Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge Preferred Qualifications • Guidewire PolicyCenter certification • InsuranceSuite upgrades and Guidewire Cloud implementations • Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insurance experience • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
