About the Role We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements for healthcare portals, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders • Lead requirements-gathering activities for healthcare portals • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories • Analyze and validate data using SQL queries • Support data mapping, transformation, reporting, and quality assurance • Coordinate with data engineers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions • Prepare functional documentation and support end-to-end testing Requirements • Healthcare Business Analysis experience • Mandatory healthcare portal requirements-gathering experience • Strong SQL and data validation skills • Basic Python knowledge for data manipulation or automation • Data warehousing and reporting concepts • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and analytical abilities • Minimum 10+ years of overall experience • Minimum 5 years of USA onsite experience • LinkedIn profile must be at least 6 years old • Customer face-to-face interview in New Jersey is mandatory
