About the Role We are looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to bridge the gap between pharmacy knowledge, medication data, and technology solutions. This role requires a professional who can combine healthcare expertise with project management skills to develop innovative healthcare technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Understand medication names, dosage strengths, dosage forms, and prescription workflows • Analyze pharmacy-related data and ensure medication information accuracy • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver healthcare technology solutions • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination • Prepare business requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and process documentation • Validate medication data and healthcare application functionality Requirements • B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or other relevant healthcare professionals with technology experience • Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technology Project Management • Knowledge of medication names, dosages, pharmacy terminology, and prescription workflows • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Excel, and healthcare applications • Knowledge of US pharmacy workflows will be an added advantage
