About the Role We are seeking an experienced HMS Analyst (Healthcare IT / EHR Specialist) to support a high-impact, state-level Health Information Exchange initiative. This role focuses on leveraging healthcare data to transform population health and enhance Medicaid services. Key Responsibilities • Support healthcare systems, analytics, technical support, and EHR workflows • Utilize advanced SQL skills for relational databases, BI dashboards, and healthcare reporting • Perform requirements gathering, process analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design • Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory standards • Work with Continuity of Care Document (CCD) / Admission-Discharge-Transfer (ADT) data integration and digital quality measures (dQMs) • Interface effectively between technical teams and non-technical healthcare stakeholders Requirements • 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare systems, analytics, technical support, and EHR workflows • Advanced skills in SQL, relational databases, BI dashboards, and healthcare reporting • 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design • In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory standards • Experience with Continuity of Care Document (CCD) / Admission-Discharge-Transfer (ADT) data integration and digital quality measures (dQMs) • Excellent communication skills to interface effectively between technical teams and non-technical healthcare stakeholders
