About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join a state government team. This is a 12+ month contract position requiring local candidates from Tallahassee, FL. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications • Lead requirements gathering sessions and process mapping • Develop test plans, test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Manage HR systems implementation and workflow automation • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success Requirements • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering • Strong knowledge of As-Is/To-Be process mapping and functional specifications • Experience with HR systems, workflow automation, and government applications • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience developing test plans, test cases, and leading UAT Benefits • Opportunity to work with state government systems • Long-term contract position with potential for extension
