About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirements engineering, HR workflows, and application delivery for a State of Florida project. Key Responsibilities • Support business process improvement • Perform requirements engineering • Manage HR workflows • Deliver applications Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifying professional experience • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or QA documentation • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of relational databases and data analysis • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project Preferred Qualifications • Experience with HR systems, payroll, position management, or workflow automation • State government or public-sector application experience • Hands-on Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and UAT experience • CBAP, ISTQB, or similar certifications Important Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL, five days per week, and attend an in-person interview.
