About the Role We are seeking a Human Data Manager to design, build and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing and analysis. Key Responsibilities • Design, build and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing and analysis • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance • Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives • Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics and workflow improvements • Improve processes for scalability, data integrity and quality assurance • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges Requirements • Demonstrated experience or technical aptitude in data analysis, annotation or workflow optimization • Familiarity with operational processes and efficiency improvement • Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Engineering or technical background with an operational focus • Experience with human data projects • Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python or SQL • Internship or project experience in data management, AI/ML or process optimization AI Experience is not required for this role.
