About the Role We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements, create user stories, support Agile delivery, and provide production support. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements • Create and maintain User Stories, Use Cases, System Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops • Coordinate with Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Support production issues, root cause analysis, and issue resolution • Prepare status reports and communicate project updates • Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and development teams Requirements • Experience with User Stories, Use Cases, System Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria • Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering skills • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban experience • Production support and troubleshooting experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience creating user guides, release notes, and training materials • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
