About the Role We are seeking an experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to join a project focused on developing Corporate Trust Account Opening applications. This role requires strong application development, testing, and troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and enhance enterprise applications using IBM BAW • Build and maintain workflows for Corporate Trust Account Opening applications • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver user stories • Analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Perform root cause analysis of production issues and resolve application defects • Develop user stories based on production support tickets and business requirements • Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on IBM BAW development experience • Strong application design, development, and testing skills • Experience with production issue analysis and root cause investigation • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Java/J2EE development experience • Banking or financial services experience
