About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on platform administration, production support, and troubleshooting for IBM FileNet P8 5.x. Key Responsibilities • IBM FileNet P8 5.x development, administration, and configuration • FileNet upgrades, production deployments, and support • FileNet APIs, bulk content updates, and Sweep-based content migration • Vulnerability assessment and remediation • Integration with cloud storage, object storage, and file storage • Monitoring and alerting using Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana • Production incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting • Automation using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines • API and microservices integration • Distributed systems, application health checks, and platform stability • Documentation and change management using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow Requirements • Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 5.x • Experience with platform administration, production support, and deployments • Knowledge of upgrades, troubleshooting, and vulnerability assessment • Familiarity with integration technologies and monitoring tools • Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines • Understanding of API and microservices integration • Skills in distributed systems and platform stability • Proficiency in documentation and change management tools
