About the Role We are seeking an Infra Program Manager to join our team. This role involves managing technical programs with a focus on platform engineering and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Manage technical programs with 8+ years of experience • Lead platform engineering and cloud infrastructure initiatives • Implement and manage Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions • Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes • Utilize Terraform and Azure DevOps for infrastructure management • Conduct capacity planning and cloud cost optimization • Manage cross-functional engineering teams • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies Requirements • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience • Strong experience in Platform Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Knowledge of Terraform and Azure DevOps • Capacity Planning and Cloud Cost Optimization skills • Experience with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
