About the Role We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Developer to join our team. This role focuses on Windows infrastructure, Hyper-V virtualization, automation, and infrastructure migration. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and optimize Hyper-V cluster environments • Develop automation solutions for provisioning, patching, compliance, and decommissioning • Troubleshoot complex issues across virtualization, storage, networking, and compute infrastructure • Lead infrastructure automation, upgrades, and continuous delivery initiatives • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and hardware teams to improve infrastructure reliability and performance Requirements • Expert-level PowerShell scripting, troubleshooting, and standalone code development • Advanced Hyper-V expertise, including cluster architecture and environment setup • Strong Windows Administration and Engineering experience • Strong C#/.NET programming skills for Hyper-V cluster services • Hands-on infrastructure migration experience • Experience with failover clustering, storage, networking, and multi-data-center environments • Automation using PowerShell, WMI, and .NET Additional Requirements • W2 employment only — no C2C • Must be available to work onsite five days a week • No relocation candidates • Interview process includes a take-home technical assessment followed by a video interview
