About the Role We are seeking an Interface Business Analyst with experience in Medicaid/MMIS systems to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements for interface systems • Work with HIPAA X12 EDI transactions including 837, 835, 834, 270/271, and 276/277 • Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) • Perform source-to-target mapping and functional specifications • Validate files, handle errors, and perform reconciliation • Support SIT/UAT, defect management, and production interface Requirements • 6–10 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Medicaid/MMIS • Strong hands-on experience with HIPAA X12 EDI transactions • Experience with non-X12 interfaces, batch processing, and file layouts • SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting • Knowledge of file validation, control totals, error handling, and reconciliation
