About the Role We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the AI, data science, analytics, and automation strategy for Internal Audit. This role will spearhead the development of cutting-edge technology products and build high-performing teams to enhance audit quality, risk detection, continuous monitoring, and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Lead AI and GenAI product strategy, development, and deployment • Partner with technology to build a unified audit platform with reusable data assets, APIs, and secure model operations • Recruit, coach, and develop top talent in data science, AI engineering, and automation • Apply AI for anomaly detection, automated evidence generation, and control-risk reporting • Establish governance for data quality, model risk, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance • Influence senior executives and collaborate across audit, MLOps/LLMOps, technology, enterprise AI, risk, and compliance Requirements • 8+ years in data science, AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology delivery • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams • Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI/analytics products into production • Experience in internal audit, risk, compliance, or regulated industries • Strong expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, cloud platforms, and model lifecycle management • Executive communication skills with measurable business outcomes Preferred • Advanced degree in AI/Data Science/Engineering/Business/Finance/Audit/Risk • Exposure to LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, NLP, anomaly detection, and MLOps/LLMOps
