About the Role
We are actively sourcing an experienced InterSystems HealthShare / IRIS Developer to build scalable Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) integrations and interoperability pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Build scalable Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) integrations
• Develop interoperability pipelines
• Create DTL mappings from SDA and custom processing workflows
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience with InterSystems HealthShare / IRIS
• Core Stack: InterSystems HealthShare UCR, IRIS Database, ObjectScript, XSLT
• Interoperability Standards: C-CDA, FHIR, HL7 v2/v3, Summary Document Architecture (SDA)
• Protocols: MLLP/TCP-IP, REST, SOAP, SFTP
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery/Spanner), GitLab CI/CD, SQL Server / Oracle
