About the Role We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with ERP experience to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire position requiring US citizenship and W2 work authorization. Key Responsibilities • Perform IT Business Analysis and ERP implementation • Lead Agile Delivery processes as a Scrum Master • Gather requirements and create user stories • Manage finance systems and project-based business processes • Handle DevOps and release planning • Coordinate stakeholder management and global team collaboration Requirements • 8+ years of overall experience • IT Business Analysis & ERP experience • Scrum Master / Agile Delivery skills • CSM Certification (Required) • Experience with Requirements Gathering & User Stories • Knowledge of Finance Systems & Project-Based Business Processes • DevOps & Release Planning experience • Stakeholder Management & Global Team Collaboration skills • Must be able to work in PST or CST time zones
