About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst (BSA) to support a large-scale enterprise Operations Transformation program within the refining industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and enterprise system integration. Key Responsibilities • Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams. • Support large-scale enterprise transformation and refining projects. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and system integrators. • Manage requirements across complex programs involving 1,000+ requirements. • Support vendor selection, evaluation, and management activities. • Work with legacy systems and new system integrations. • Help streamline operational data, communication, and visualization across refinery operations. • Ensure effective collaboration between multiple vendors and technology teams. Requirements • Strong Business Analysis experience. • Requirements Gathering and Documentation. • Vendor Management and Coordination. • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management. • Experience with Large Enterprise Programs. • System Integration and Legacy System Modernization experience. • Refining, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Operations experience is a plus.
