About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver complex technology initiatives successfully. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dashboards • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business users • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests • Facilitate project governance meetings and executive status reporting • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices • Collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture and deployment strategies • Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities • Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery models • Track key project metrics, resource utilization, and budget consumption • Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are incorporated • Support organizational change management and project transition Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field • 5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management • Proven track record of delivering multiple complex IT projects • Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integrations • Experience managing projects involving application development, cloud migration, ERP implementations, or digital transformation • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor engagements
