About the Role We are seeking an IT Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow for a 6-month contract position in Downtown Houston, TX. This role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities • Manage ServiceNow module implementations and enhancements • Oversee Business Continuity, ERP Resiliency, and Disaster Recovery initiatives • Implement ServiceNow AI Control Tower and AI Governance • Develop and manage Vulnerability Management and Cybersecurity workflows • Lead project planning, stakeholder management, RAID tracking, UAT, and deployment processes Requirements • 5–10 years of IT Project Management experience • Proven experience with ServiceNow module implementations and enhancements • Knowledge of Business Continuity, ERP Resiliency, and Disaster Recovery • Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower / AI Governance • Understanding of Vulnerability Management and Cybersecurity workflows • Strong project planning, stakeholder management, RAID tracking, UAT, and deployment skills Note: Mandatory onsite availability from Day 1 in Downtown Houston, TX is required.
