About the Role Mist Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in contract staffing and C2C recruitment. This role requires managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT contracts. Key Responsibilities • End-to-end IT contract recruitment • LinkedIn sourcing and consultant identification • Candidate screening and client submissions • Interview coordination and continuous follow-ups • Bench consultant management and rate negotiations • Managing multiple urgent requirements and driving closures Requirements • 3–5 years of hands-on IT Contract Staffing / C2C experience • Strong experience in high-pressure, target-driven recruitment • Good understanding of technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, etc. • Excellent sourcing, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple requirements with tight deadlines
