About the Role We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Java backend applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java backend applications • Build fault-tolerant microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks • Optimize Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, SQL queries, and database performance • Develop REST APIs and integrate messaging, caching, and distributed components • Support cloud deployments, containerization, and CI/CD automation • Implement unit and integration tests and follow code quality standards • Collaborate with QA, product, frontend, and DevOps teams • Explore Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities for enterprise applications Requirements • Core Java 17+ • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security • Microservices Architecture • Oracle PL/SQL & PostgreSQL • REST APIs & API Gateway • Apache Kafka / Spring Batch • Docker & Kubernetes • AWS – EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway • CI/CD – Jenkins / GitHub Actions • JUnit, Mockito & TDD • Generative AI / Agentic AI / LLM Workflows
