About the Role We are seeking experienced Java Backend Developers with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs • Integrate relational databases using SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Hibernate, and JPA • Develop event-driven services using Apache Kafka • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code • Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions • Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams • Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production troubleshooting Requirements • 10+ years of professional software development experience • Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices • Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services • Strong SQL and database knowledge • Experience with Hibernate, JPA, Maven, and Git • Knowledge of automated testing and debugging • Strong analytical and communication skills
