About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and mandatory Payments Domain experience. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices • Develop and maintain payment processing systems and transaction workflows • Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance payment integrations • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable payment solutions Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs • Proven experience in the Payments / Payment Processing domain • Understanding of secure transactions and payment integrations • Strong SQL, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Must be available to work in CST or EST time zones
