About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications, cloud-native microservices, and AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and architect scalable backend systems for enterprise applications • Develop robust, maintainable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices • Integrate Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and Knowledge Graphs • Build and maintain cloud-native architectures across modern cloud platforms • Collaborate with frontend teams using Angular and other modern frameworks • Manage end-to-end deployment pipelines, reliability, security, and performance • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers • Partner with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement architectural improvements Requirements • 7+ years of Java & Spring Boot development • 7+ years of Microservices & Distributed Systems • 5+ years of Cloud, Containers & DevOps • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud • Microservices architecture, design patterns & distributed systems • REST APIs and event-driven architectures • AWS / Azure / GCP • Docker & Kubernetes • Apache Kafka and messaging platforms • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Strong SQL, database design, relational & NoSQL databases • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG
