About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java & IBM Cúram Developer to support enterprise application development, enhancements, integrations, and maintenance for the State of North Carolina. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and IBM Cúram. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop Cúram components, evidence models, business rules, interfaces, and batch processes. • Support application integrations, defect resolution, and production issues. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Agile teams, QA, and release management. • Conduct code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution. • Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements • 7+ years of experience developing web applications using Java/J2EE, XML, and related technologies. • IBM Cúram V6/V7/V8 Certified Developer — V8 preferred, with 7+ years of experience. • 7+ years of full SDLC experience as a Cúram Developer. • 7+ years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules. • 7+ years of experience with social enterprise/social services management systems. • 5+ years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, and CERT. • 5+ years of experience with Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, and WSDL. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
