About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Java/J2EE development and L2/L3 production support. Key Responsibilities • Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development, including Servlets, JSP, JDBC, REST APIs, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JavaScript, and HTML. • Experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, problem management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Good hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting; Perl scripting knowledge is an advantage. • Experience working with databases such as DB2, Oracle, and Sybase. • Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, and JBoss. • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, production monitoring tools, and deployment processes. • Ability to handle production issues, implement code fixes, and execute end-to-end activities as per SDLC and change management processes. Requirements • 10–15 years of experience in Java development and production support.
