About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer – Tech Lead with strong hands-on development, architecture, production support, and technical leadership skills to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and MySQL • Strong expertise in solution architecture, technical design, and architecture reviews • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, application log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Strong production support, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning skills • Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices • Hands-on knowledge of modern Java features, including Lambdas, Streams, Collections, and design patterns • Proven experience leading offshore teams, mentoring developers, and coordinating project delivery • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus Requirements • Local candidates only from New York / New Jersey area • Available for an in-person customer interview in White Plains, NY
