About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong healthcare payer expertise to support state-specific Medicaid regulatory implementations across Facets and related healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities • Support state-specific Medicaid regulatory implementations • Develop and maintain healthcare applications • Implement healthcare payer regulatory and business-rule changes Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets • Strong Java/J2EE development and programming skills • Experience with IBM DataStage and Talend or comparable ETL tools • Strong Medicaid managed-care and state-specific regulatory knowledge • Hands-on experience with Facets Membership, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims Adjudication, and Pricing/Payment • Experience with Mainframe programs, batch processing, SQL, APIs, interfaces, and data integration • Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid health-plan processes • Experience implementing healthcare payer regulatory and business-rule changes • Strong debugging, production support, root-cause analysis, and testing skills • Knowledge of CI/CD, code quality, and test automation practices Preferred Qualifications • Medicare-Medicaid / dual-eligible experience • Experience supporting multiple state Medicaid programs or Medicaid MCOs • Healthcare EDI/X12 knowledge
