About the Role Integrated BI Solutions Inc. (IBIS) is seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong enterprise application development skills and hands-on experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI into enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot • Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI into enterprise systems • Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs • Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL databases • Implement high-throughput, low-latency distributed application designs • Lead technical design documentation and code reviews • Mentor junior developers Requirements • 10+ years of Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise development experience • Hands-on expertise with GenAI/LLM integration, RAG, vector search, and agentic AI orchestration • Experience with LLM evaluation, guardrails, deployment, and monitoring • Proficiency with AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL • Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and SonarQube • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD • Technical leadership skills and experience with code reviews and developer mentoring • Federal government experience preferred • SSA Public Trust eligibility required
