About the Role We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves working on a 12+ month contract-to-hire basis with a focus on backend development and ETL processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 21 • Work with Oracle 19 and Oracle Stored Procedures • Perform SQL development and query tuning • Create ETL scripts using Python • Collaborate with the team on investment-side financial services projects Requirements • 6–10 years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a backend emphasis • Strong Java development skills • Hands-on SQL code development including stored procedures and query tuning • ETL scripting experience in Python • Investment-side financial services experience (equities, fixed income, Bloomberg/ICE pricing, holdings, positions, tax lots, performance) • Experience with AI code-assist tools such as Windsurf, Devin, Cursor, CoPilot, Kiro, Claude, or similar Benefits • Opportunity to work on a contract-to-hire basis • Work in a professional environment with a focus on financial services
