About the Role We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with AI experience to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, microservices, and hands-on exposure to AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies • Build and integrate AI-powered applications and chatbots • Develop AI agents using Lang Chain/Lang Graph • Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise applications • Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs • Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support Requirements • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices • Hands-on experience with React or Angular • Good knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Cloud technologies • At least 6+ months of hands-on AI experience • Experience working with AI Agents / Agentic AI • Experience with Chatbots and Generative AI • Hands-on experience with Lang Chain and/or Lang Graph • Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG is preferred • Strong understanding of Agile development and CI/CD
