About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Golang to design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable transaction processing systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable transaction processing systems • Work across Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements Requirements • 5+ years of experience in software design and development • Strong proficiency in both Java and Golang • Programming experience in Python, C, C++, Perl, SQL, and Shell scripting • Extensive experience with relational databases such as Sybase, Oracle, DB2, and PostgreSQL • Hands-on expertise in Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of distributed systems, transaction processing, scalability, and performance tuning • Experience with SDLC, object-oriented design, and performance testing of distributed applications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • AI/ML experience is a plus
