About the Role We are looking for a talented Java UI Lead (React) to join our team. This role focuses on leading UI architecture, driving development excellence, and mentoring engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead UI architecture, design, and development using React.js and modern frontend technologies • Drive code reviews, coding standards, and best development practices • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the team • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams • Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement initiatives • Develop and integrate scalable backend services and REST APIs Requirements • 15+ years of experience in UI and full-stack application development • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux • Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices • Proven experience in UI architecture, technical leadership, code reviews, and team mentoring • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and modern software development practices • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
