About the Role We are looking for a Jira Service Management Intake and Automation Developer to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Jira-based intake and automation solutions. This role focuses on building scalable workflow automation and streamlining business processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Jira-based intake and automation solutions • Enhance operational efficiency through workflow automation • Deliver impactful Jira solutions Requirements • Strong expertise in Jira Administration, Workflows, Custom Fields, Permissions, and Dashboards • Hands-on experience with Jira Automation, approvals, routing, notifications, and escalations • Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, HTTP integrations, and external system connectivity • Knowledge of Python and/or Java scripting for custom automation solutions • Preferred: Jira Service Management (JSM), ScriptRunner, and Agile/Scrum environments
