About the Role Vextara Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to join their remote team for an exciting AI model training and evaluation opportunity. This role requires strong analytical expertise to evaluate and improve AI models. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate AI model outputs across data science, statistics and machine learning problems • Create expert-level prompts, datasets and reference solutions • Identify statistical errors, flawed methodologies and weaknesses in quantitative reasoning • Provide structured technical feedback to improve AI model performance • Assess data analysis, experimentation and modeling approaches for accuracy Requirements • Minimum 1 year of professional experience at a leading technology, finance or research company • Some relevant professional experience must fall within the past 3 years • Strong knowledge of Python, Pandas, Statistics and Machine Learning • Ability to clearly explain technical and statistical concepts in writing • Expertise in Python & Pandas • Experience with Machine Learning • Knowledge of Statistics & Statistical Analysis • Skills in Data Analysis & Experimentation • Understanding of Data Modeling • Quantitative Reasoning abilities • Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities • Strong Written Technical Communication skills
