About the Role We are looking for an experienced Kofax Developer with strong expertise in Kofax/Tungsten TotalAgility, document processing, workflow automation, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Kofax TotalAgility • Lead technical teams in document processing and workflow automation projects • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Requirements • 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience • 5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) • 10+ years of Kofax Capture • 5+ years of Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) • 8+ years of C# / .NET development • Experience with OCR/ICR, document classification, extraction, and validation • Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, SQL Server, Oracle, and AWS Cloud • Experience with AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) • Strong background in architecture, solution design, and team leadership • Agile/Scrum delivery experience • Banking and Insurance domain experience
