About the Role We are looking for a Lead AWS Connect Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing solutions using the Amazon Connect ecosystem and various AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Amazon Connect ecosystem: Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Contact Lens • Utilize AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, Redshift, and Athena • Design IVR/IVA systems, handle telephony, and integrate CTI • Implement caller authentication and secure PHI/PII handling • Integrate with CRM and enterprise systems like Salesforce and ServiceNow • Work with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and Terraform • Monitor systems using CloudWatch and implement CI/CD pipelines Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in AWS Connect and related technologies • Strong understanding of telephony systems and CTI integration • Experience with healthcare core systems and secure data handling • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
