About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Java Developer with strong, hands-on Flowable experience to lead technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead backend architecture and end-to-end application development. • Design scalable, secure Java microservices and REST APIs. • Integrate Flowable workflows with enterprise applications. • Guide engineers through code reviews, technical design, and best practices. • Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and production readiness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Backend Java Developer. • Strong, hands-on Flowable experience (Camunda experience alone will NOT be accepted). • Proficiency in Flowable BPM / Workflow Engine, Java 21, Spring Boot, REST APIs & Microservices Architecture, MongoDB and RDBMS, OAuth 2.0 / Application Security. • Experience with Technical Leadership and Code Reviews.
