About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Interim Lead Data Engineer to join a team in the Eindhoven region. This role involves bringing two teams together to create a unified way of working. Key Responsibilities • Bring the platform team (data engineers) and delivery team (analytics engineers and BI specialists) together • Ensure an end-to-end flow from source to BI product • Validate data quality early in the process • Act as the technical counterpart to Product Management to validate the roadmap's feasibility Requirements • Experience with Snowflake is a strong preference • Ability to lead and guide teams while also contributing hands-on work • Experience in data engineering and analytics Benefits
