About the Role We are seeking a Lead Database Developer with 10+ years of experience to support enterprise database development, deployment automation, reporting, and production support initiatives across SQL Server, Sybase ASE, and Oracle environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain solutions in SQL Server, Sybase ASE, and Oracle • Create and optimize complex SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL code • Develop scalable database structures for enterprise applications • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems • Manage database deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy, Git, BitBucket, SVN, and Liquibase • Support release planning, rollback strategies, and post-release validation • Lead migration from legacy deployment processes to modern Git-based CI/CD frameworks • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using Tableau, SSRS, SSMS, Rapid SQL, Oracle Developer, and DBT • Design reporting solutions for operational monitoring, audit compliance, incident tracking, and business performance Requirements • 10+ years of experience as a Database Developer • Strong expertise in database design and SQL development • Experience with CI/CD deployment processes and release management • Knowledge of performance tuning and operational reporting • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, DevOps engineers, and operations teams • Experience with SQL Server, Sybase ASE, and Oracle environments
