About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Database Developer to support enterprise database development, CI/CD automation, release management, reporting, and production support across SQL Server, Sybase ASE, and Oracle environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain database solutions across SQL Server, Sybase ASE, and Oracle. • Develop and optimize complex SQL, T-SQL, and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and indexes. • Manage database deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy, Git, Bitbucket, SVN, and Liquibase. • Lead database migration initiatives from legacy deployment processes to modern Git-based CI/CD frameworks. • Implement release management, rollback strategies, deployment validation, and post-release verification. • Develop operational dashboards, reports, and analytics using Tableau, SSRS, SSMS, Rapid SQL, Oracle Developer, and dbt. • Troubleshoot production issues, resolve data integrity problems, and optimize database performance. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, DevOps, and operations teams.
