About the Role We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise web applications with a focus on performance, security, and accessibility. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver performant frontend components and secure backend APIs utilizing React, Node.js, and relational database systems • Integrate AI-assisted developer workflows into everyday coding, code reviews, testing, and solution builds • Oversee full SDLC processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance, and uphold code quality standards • Mentor developers, lead code reviews, translate ambiguous requirements into technical specs, and interface with business leadership Requirements • 12-15+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise web apps • Mastery of React (state management, routing, component systems) • Strong experience with Node.js (RESTful APIs, error logging) • Expertise with PostgreSQL and major relational DBs (schema modeling, query tuning) • Demonstrated usage of modern AI dev tools for productivity and application features • Understanding of ADA/WCAG standards
